Croud
Hired to build a US SEO department and grew the practice from a team of one (just me) to fifteen. Won Audible, Amazon Music and Xero, in that time. Took monthly revenue from roughly $30k to $600k over six years. Croud was acquired by ECI Partners in 2024.

About
It started at sea.
Born in the UK, I started out in sales and worked all over the world, including a stint on a cruise ship as a technology product presenter. Patience is tought when trying to explain nascent software to the average 75 year old.
I began selling SEO solutions in 2008, joined my first SEO agency in 2011, and led SEO at Flight Centre in 2013. In 2015 I moved to the US. I worked with Ayima for 2 years before becoming VP of SEO at Croud in 2017.
Today I split my time between building SEO software and running an SEO agency: I founded Heurisko, my agency, in 2023 and launched Stash Clicks in 2025.
